Bernice Krantz became the Regional Coordinator in the UK in 1995 for the Los Angeles based Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation. Within her role in the Survivors of the Shoah Visual History Foundation, Bernice was responsible for organising interviews with 870 survivors. Since 2001 she has been on the joint committee of Northwood Holocaust Memorial Day Events, now Holocaust Learning UK, organising and co-ordinating our survivor speakers, and she has also been a workshop facilitator at each year’s Events.
NHMDE had a sub-committee a few years ago exploring what would happen when our precious Survivors were unable to speak. From those discussions Generation2Generation was founded, another committee that Bernice sits on. By profession, Bernice is a qualified Homeopath; she is married with two adult children and eight grandchildren.
