Gavin has been the Head of History at a large secondary school in London for 15 years. He has contributed to Holocaust education through his school’s participation in the Northwood Holocaust Memorial Day Events (the forerunner of Holocaust Learning UK) and the Holocaust Educational Trust: Lessons from Auschwitz Project. He has also arranged school visits from Holocaust survivors and led school tours to historical sites associated with the Holocaust. Gavin is committed to educating young people on the importance of the Holocaust and the need for tolerance in today’s society.
